The China Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship is one of the most accessible fully-funded scholarships for Nigerian students. It covers all academic levels — bachelor's, master's, and PhD — and does not require IELTS for the majority of programmes.

The Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship is one of the most prestigious fully-funded scholarships in the world. It is completely managed by the Japanese Embassy in Nigeria — and IELTS is not required. Your performance in MEXT's own selection examination matters instead.
