Funded by the EU's Erasmus+ programme, EMJMDs are high-quality, integrated study programmes taught at a minimum of three higher education institutions across two or more European countries.

- Search the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue
Visit ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus or eacea.ec.europa.eu/scholarships. Browse programmes by discipline, country, and language. Apply to 3–5 programmes to maximise your chances. - Check Each Programme's Specific Requirements
Each EMJMD has its own academic requirements, language scores, and application portal. There is NO central Erasmus application — each programme is independent. - Prepare Your Motivation Letter
The Erasmus motivation letter must address: Why this specific programme? What international experience will you gain? How will this benefit your country (Nigeria)? What is your career vision? Be programme-specific — generic letters are easily rejected. - Obtain Strong Academic References
Most EMJMDs require 2 academic references. Approach professors who know your research or coursework well. Provide them with your research statement and the programme details. - Submit Each Application Independently
